I downloaded and copied the proposed indictment and now I’m confused as to HOW to do this! Do I send a notorized cover page asking my AG (Ken Paxton-TX) to file a lawsuit against these defendants? Is it more “potent” to send it certified with return receipt? I want to do this right! Thanks and God bless you!!!
